Notice of Hearing
Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and the provisions
of the Amended Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, public hearings will be held by the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of So~thold at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold, New York, on February 14, 1963,
on the following appeals:
7:30 P.M. (E.S.T.), upon application of John DeAlbertis,
Old Shipyard Lane, Southold, New York, for a variance in
accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section
303 and Article X, Sectio~ 1000A, for permission to divide
property into two lots each containing less than the minimum
area and one containing less than the minimum frontage.
Location of property= south side Wllmarth Avenue and north
side Washington Avenue, Greenport, New York, bounded north
by wllmarth Avenue, east by A. M. Tasker Estate, south by
Washington Avenue, and west by Adele E. Busso.
7:40 P.M. (E.S.T.), upon application of william H. Everts,i
1011 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, for a
variance in accordance with the Zoning ordinance, Article III,
Section 303 and Article X, Section 1000A, for permission to
divide property into two lots each having less than 100 ft.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-

I hereby apply for a variance of the zoning ordinance for
William M. Everts ¥. D. , residing at IOI! South Flagler Drive,
West Palm Beach, Florida.
He requests a variance to enable him to divide his prop-
erty into two lots, with 75' frontage on a private road and
having an average depth of ~50'. The property was bought as
three 50' lots~before zoning.
I am enclosing a ~p of the property showing the location
and surrounding propertie~.
I am also enclosing the letter giving me power of attorney
to represent Dr. Everts.
