Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drown on the diagram which is part of thi, applica-
tion.
c. The work covered by this application moy not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied Or used in whole or in po rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

REASON FOR APPEAL

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because the nature of the addition, which is a dining room,
~emands that this addition be located next to the kitchen. Taking
into consideration the present structual design, the floor plan, the
lot, the slope of our land, the aocation of trees, the economy of space,
we appeal for this variance as it is the most functional and feasible
way to build our addiLion.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is nat shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity af this property and in this use district because our home was built in LY56 bel'ere
zoning requi rement.s auu t...~ original plans included this addition. Due
to laJIr 'of money &.nd time, &.d I built most all of our house, we were
then unable 'to include this area. Now that our family has grown in
number and size, we are cramped for eating space and it is necessary
to have this addition.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit af the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the setback in question is on the south
side of Woodcliff Drive where there are only two other homes. Trees
and shrubs are abundant in this particular area so that our planned
addition will not be harmful to our neighbors or invade upon their
privacy.
In this area all houses are of different design and construction,
and if anything this addition wou ld add to the appearance of our house,
our yard, and to the district.
