I wish to sell 80 ft. to a relative keeping 100 ft. frontage with my dwelling. Form ZBl (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because I have the largest parcel of land on this bloCK, and more than required by the zoning ordinance. I wish LO sell the 30ft. frontage by aproximately 170' deep as it is surplus to my needs and meets area require- ments of zoning. ~'~. 1 '( .' 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because This is the lar,est parcel in the block, other lots are Single and Double. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because The sub devision was laid out in 50ft. lots. SOllie lots are used as single and some as double (100 ft. front.) The proposed division of these 3 lots will not .change. or harm the DistrL:h in any way.
