REASON FOR APPEAL ( ) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 (X) A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance ( ) is requested f~1!he reason that the house with attahced garage is 60 ft. long and the/frontage is 80 ft. and the lot runs from Hobart Road to Founders Path containing over 12,500 sq. ft. Form ZBl (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STR!CT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because this lot has frontage on two streets and would normally be directed into two lots with single frontages where the proposed dwelling would comply with all the requirements. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity af this praperty and in this use district because this lot is at the beginning at a point where two roads begin to meet. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit af the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the entirearea is developed with 50 ft. and 75 ft. lots.
