'l'he width of the lot on Wilmarth Avenue ill only 60.64 ft. and it tapers up to 65.74 ft. on the north. 'l'he proposed location of the dwelling i8 the most: practical and logical one. To the north of this lot there is a low or swlllll1PY area and#it is questionable if this area will ever be built upon.
