a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on p remises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drown on the diagram which is part of this applica-
tion.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied Or used in whole or in pa rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

Received your application for a building permit on the
S!W corner lot on ptars Road & Road to Cedar ~ane, East Marion.
There are a couple of questions on this application that
are not clear to me. F1:-st this is a corl1er lot and requires a minimum
setback of 3, ft from each roadl The setback from the north line was
not shown, this should also be 35ft - same as from east line. Second
the aprlication states that there is to be two dwelling units, one on ench
floor or storYl Only one family dwellings are permitted in this area.
Third the 24ft X 24ft bu11ding shown in the s/W corner of the lot r
ass~~e will be the garage for one car and storagel Is this Correct ?
Also no estimated cost is given, we noed some idea of cost to go on the
governnent re1"orts each month.
With the information requested and the corrected setback
I can issue the permit to build, 80 I am holding this ap;,1i<:,ation until
I hear further from you.
