hereby apply to THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION in accordance
with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE TV SECTION bt00
SUBSECTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE: I am removing the archery range
on my business property and intend to replace it with an outdoor
"duckpin" bowling alley setup.
There is a miniture golf course on part of the lot and an office
building which have been operating for some time. There is ample room
for parking of vehicles~ and adequate access frontage on the main road.
Further information will be supplied at the request of the Board
of Appeals.
