Dear Mr. Terry:
My client, Mrs. Saltus, is the prospective
purchaser of the above lot. Enclosed herewith
is a recent survey of the lot which was made by
Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son at Mrs. Saltus' request.
Eventually, my client intends to build a house
having dimensions of approximately 35'x35'.
I understand that the development in East
Marion is exempt from Southold zoning restrictions.
Kindly let me know if my client will be permitted
to build on the lot as proposed.
