REASON FOR APPEAL IX) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 ( ) A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance ( ) is requested f~r the reason that: I request approval of access to a lot being sold, and for a building to be built. Form ZBl (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because: This is a private right of way where there are other buildings and has not yet been approved officialy for access. this right of way is in good passable condition for all practical purposes. . 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because It is unique in that it is the only means of access serving more than one lot on the S/E side of Island View Lane 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because This right of way has been in existance many years, and the proposed dwelJing will be in keeping with other residences in the area. d3.:; . ~_/.;::' ....;./7-.. .'U.
