a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink ond submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan shawing location of lot and of buildings an premises, relationship to adjaining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance af Building Permit.
d. Upon approvol of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises avoilable for inspecti on throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in pa rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

APPEALS for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION in accordance
3 SECTION 300
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE
We wish to replace the present sign on wickham Avenue because it
is in need of repair. A painted sign with lights shining on it
is the type that we would like to replace the old one with. Also,
we will eliminate the word "Hotel" and have it to read "Harbor
Inn and cottages" size 4 x 8.
