SECTION 300
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE we want to erect a directional
sign, to direct people to Cozee Cove cottages, located on the west side
of Bay Avenue, 1/4 mile south of Main Road (Rouee 25), East Marion.
We now have permission from the Board to erect a sign on the south
side of Route 25 approximately 500 feet west of the location requested
above. However, because of the poor location we do not intend to use it.
Letter of permission from property owner attached.
See building permit application for exact location.
