setback because of the topography of the land and road.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because_ If set back was 50 ft. it would occupy his entire
back yard area. Due to shape of lot and location of the dwelling
it would be impossible to locate the garage 50 ft. from the private
road.

2_ The hordship creoted is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties, alike in the immeqiate
vicinity of this-property and in this use district becouse the house i's not se-t at right
angle to the property;-lIllie--lot- is angular itself.

3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER. OF THE DISTRICT because this garage would be located off the
private road which is only used by one party. The garage would be
built in keeping with the house on the lot.
