Dear air; I must deny your application to build a private garage on the SIS Montauk Ave. as this is a residential use in a business district, and I believe the accessory use clause of the residential requirements would apply. Whilp the property is located in a buisness district and the ordinance is not specific on this point, I think the intention would be for the residential requirements to apply.
