was considered and the action indicated below was taken on your

therefore be it RESOLVED that Robert Ketcham, Jr. be granted permission
to erect and maintain directional sign a/c Sunset Motel, on the
property of Maria Ciacia, south side R~ute 25 east of Pipes Neck Road,
Greenport, (Arshamomaque), New York. Exact location: 25 ft. west of
the Ryan property and at least 5 ft. south of Route 25. Wording to
be: "Sunset Motel, Next left, then right on Route 27A.# Size of sign:
single faced, 4 ft. by 12 ft.
2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

hereby apply to THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION in accordance
with the. ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE ZZZ SECTION 300
SUBSECTION ll
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE I wish to erect a single
faced directional sign for Sunset Hotel, Greenport, New York.
At the present time the Sunset Motel has only one directional
sign and this is on County Route 27A.
The dimensions of the sign will be 4 ft.
to be located on the property of Mr. Clacia,
Arshamomaque, New York.

c. The work coYered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
