THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE due to the fact. that we are
located on a road that runs parallel with the Main Road we find it
is extremely difficult for prospective customers to find our place
of business.
We are requesting a sign of this size due to the fact that we
are 700 ft. across open farm land from the Main Road.
We are placing this sign on the south wall due to the fact
that the south wall faces Main Road.
We have no other wall signs on our building.

b. Plot plan shawing location of lat and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
. or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout af property must be drawn an the diagrom which is part of this lacatian.
c. The work cov,ered by this application may not be com me need before issuance af Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept an the premises available for inspectian throughout the progress af the wark.'
e. No building shall be occupied ar used in whale or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificat.e af Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspectar.
