REASON FOR APPEAL Continued (' STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because we purchased 225 ft. of frontage on Oaklawn Avenue Extension from Charles Gagen in 1957. This was purchased in two separate parcels (we have two deeds). There are over 12,000 sq. ft. of area in each parcel but it is just short of 12,500 sq. ft. required. It would be an undue hardship to deny the use at bf the land for a residence. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared vicinity of this property and in this use district because' ownership on this side of this block. Others are average of 100 ft. width. by 011 properties this is the Others are alike in the immediate largest parcel in one BK average of this block. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because this is a residential area and the proposed use is residential so there will be no change or harm to the neighbor- hood.
