,s requested for the reason that house has been placed for the best appearance for
the location, and also to enter into the garage, the 42 ft. is minimum
to make the turn without creating a hardship.

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sa6/~HARDSHIP because there would not be sufficient room to turn into
garage.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because there is a road in the rear
of the lot and is al~o a triangular lot.
3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit ofthe Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because having a road in the rear of the property
and at the point where the variance is asked for the lot widens quickly
and the variance hoped for would not be unreasonable. Also this is a
residential area and would not change the character of the neighborhood.

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drown on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. ' No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in port for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
