REASON FOR APPEAL ~ ) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance ) ,s requested for the reason that house has been placed for the best appearance for the location, and also to enter into the garage, the 42 ft. is minimum to make the turn without creating a hardship. (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sa6/~HARDSHIP because there would not be sufficient room to turn into garage. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because there is a road in the rear of the lot and is al~o a triangular lot. 3. The Variance would obse~e the spirit ofthe Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because having a road in the rear of the property and at the point where the variance is asked for the lot widens quickly and the variance hoped for would not be unreasonable.
