PURSU~MT TO ARTICLE IV, SECTION 400, SUBSECTION 7.
The proposed use will not prevent the orderly and reasonable
use of adjacent properties or of properties in adjacent use
districts.
The proposed use will not prevent the orderly s~ud reasonable
use of permitted or legally established uses in the district
wherein the proposed use is to be llcated or of permitted or
legally established uses in adjacent usesdistricts.
The safety, health, welfare, comfort, convenience and order
of the town will not be adversely affected by the proposed use
and its l~cation.
An existing industrial use bounds the property on the
north. On premises parking will normally be adequate; the
absence of any parking presently in the neighborhood of the
front of the premises affords room for exception~lparking n~eds
without any undue traffic hazard; the location in terms of
suithbility of distance Eom the village proper is ideal; property
values will not be ~dversely affected and the most appropriate
use of the land wilI be encouraged. Provision has been made
for public water supply and sewage disposal.
The proposed use will benefit the people of the town.

I am mindful that you may have some reservations about the ef-
fect of the conveyances and contracts involved in this over-all
proposal, and realize that you do not intend to become involved
in sanctioning a permit if ownership of the pr~mises comes about
as the result of a violation of the zoning ordinance.
