SECTION 306
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION /S REQUESTED BECAUSE I am the owner of a corner
lot at Stillwater Avenue and Track Avenue, Cutchogue. The average
setback has been established at approximately 48 ft. on the south
side of Track Avenue. I wish to face my 44 ft. house on Stillwater
Avenue and to allow a 20 ft. side yard on the south side of my
property to permit the location of a detached garage in the rear,
there would only be approximately a 35 ft. front yard setback on
Track Avenue. The house will be setback 45 ft. from Stillwater
Avenue which is within the average setback for that street.
This is a minor side street and the proposed setback will not
interfere with vision or create a safety hazard at this corner.
