This is a resi~ential ~istrict where the lots vary in size. I want to get a ~ance o~ the southerly portl~n~to buil~ a one family ~welling. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because '-Phts is a resid, erttial d, istlr'iCt where the lots vary in size.
