REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued .
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces;
sary HARDSHIP becauSe due to increase in the size ofmy family I require
more living space and the layout of the present house requires the
addition to be put on the west side.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immec\iate

vicinity af this property and in this use district because I am bordered on three sides
by public roadso
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the present house is set back from
the front road 60 fto and would not cause any obstruction in view.

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets Or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn an the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available far inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in po rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
