frontage and approximately 500 ft. deep. Said lot being located on a
Rr~vate right of way that has not as yet been approved as access.

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because There are ooany other houses served by this
private right of way which is 20 ft. wide and used every day, and is
in good passable condition.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the imme4.iate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because The building lot proposed to
build Oil E; much larger than the present 'ones using the right of
way, which cannot be enlarged at this time..
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the residence proposed will bem.::i:i:xxl8I
built on a hillside similar to existing dwellings and with
equivalent or greater setback.
