The architect has asked that we wait and send a revised design that he is finalizing on Monday, August 8. We will send the plans early next week, as soon as we receive them from the architect. We will also send a copy of the comments that the Architectural Review Committee provided to the Planning Board, and a copy of the previous comments from the Historic Preservation Commission on the design presented several years ago that is now drastically changed in this new design. For your information, we will also send this design to the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation due to the site being located in the National Historic District.
