I have bpen informed that you intend to house farm help
in an "off premises" building of the "Peter Brown Farm" operation.
Please be advised that housing ot farm help regardless of the
number accomodated is classed as a labor ca~p and can only be permitted
by a special exceTlticn from the Board of Appeals, if the.> camp is not
closer to the owner-operator's hOMe than anyone else ho~e.
Fnclosed are necessary applica.tion forms If you wish to
maintain smch a labor housing camp. The fee to accompany the a~plication
is $ 5.00. The Board will meet ~uesday June 26th at 11GO PM and Thursday
June 28th ~n the evening to receive applications and set them up for a
public hearing. It takes two weeks after an application is ~eceived
to process it and hold a hearing.
