at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
state of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly Une of a pri-
vate 25 foot road leading southeasterly from the North Road about
380 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from said
North Road, said point of beginning being 75.0 feet northwesterly
along said northeasterly line from the northwesterly corner of
land of Eisen; from said point of beginning, running along land
of Valentine Ruch, three courses, as follows:
