is requested for the reason that I wish to move cottage located on the Bay frontage
of my property to the road frontage of my property.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP. because I lease the beach front property to the Town of
Southold and for next year I have been requested to move the cottage.
In moving it to the front of the property there is only 200 ft. frontage
and there already exist two cottages on the front of this property.
This bungalow will replace one which was moved off of this site
about 4 years ago.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immeqiat~
vicinity of this property and in this use district because I own this entire block, but
do not have sufficientUli'fronta;Je"to 'piace the cotfage on the desired
location. The entire parcel contains approximately 40,000 sqo ft.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because most of the lots in the area are small
and undersized and some of them have several cottages on undersized
