situate, lying and being at Bayview, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described at the
intersection of the easterly line of a 50 foot right of way,running from Main Bay View Road to Little
Peconic Bay, further hereinafter described, and the northerly line of a 50 foot right of way running
in an easterly direction from said first mentioned right of way said point being distant southerly the
following three (3) courses and distances when measured along the easterly line of the first above
mentioned 50 foot right of way from a monument situate in the southerly side of main Bayview Road
where the easterly line of said first above mentioned 50 foot right of way intersects said southerly

Margaret C. Braun to Raphael Spano and Eleanor B. Spano,dated September 13, 1962 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 19`h day of September, 1962 in Liber 5233 of Deeds at
page 317. Raphael Spano and Eleanor B. Spano are husband and wife and said lands are held as
tenants by the entirety. The said Raphael Spano died a resident of the City of Middletown, County
of Orange, State of New York on the 12`h day of October, 1963.
