Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 3 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Peconic Bay Cove" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on 3-4-83 as Map No. 7159, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeast side of Main Road where the division line between
Lots 2 and 3 as shown on the above-mentioned map intersects the southeast side of Main
Road, said point also being situate 361.55 feet southwesterly as measured along the
southeasterly side of Main Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly

THENCE along the last above mentioned division line and continuing along the division line
of tots 4 and 3, South 24 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 336.86 feet to land shown
