The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all properties alike in the. immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because The lots run at an angle and there are only these lots left in this section. At the time the first map wC5made they were the right depth, but now since the County road has taken some o~E"the,depth is not the same. My customer will not buy the lots unless they can be made into two buildingx lots. , - 3. In reply to your letter RBI lote 2S,26, 27, 28 on the untlled map ot property ot Edith Young, Nls Mid:11e Road, Mattituck, Please be advised these 80 called lots would only be usable as a single lot now that their size has been reduced by the highway taking_ The area has been so greatly reduoed that I seriously doubt the Board ot appeals would consider a varianoe in this case.
