APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT
INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving o detailed description of layout of propertymust be drawn on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue o Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in port for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Building Department for the issuance of a Building Permit pursuant to the
Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and other applicable Laws, Ordinances or

We feel the need of a directional sign at the corner of Bayvlew Rd.
and Nhate 25, to help direct people coming from an easterly dlrectiom,.
In the past, customers have always overshot this corner and have had
difficulty locating us as a result.

May I just state that this is the seCond
request that I received from you with regard to your sign.
The first request I turned over to Mr. Walter Schoonmaker of
Piping Rock Pet. and presumed that from there on it was taken
care of however if the Zoning Board needs further permission
neither he nor I were aware of it.
Southold Bayview Corp. does give to
Regina G . Victoria, Mgr. of Victoria Motel - Cottages
permission to put up an arrow sign approximately IS"xSO" on'
the very point of our property that forms a triangle at the
fork of Ba~view Ave., smd Route 25.
I hope Miss Victoria that this will be
satisfactory to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
