The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue o Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work. e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in port for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy shall have been granted by the Building Inspector. In the past, customers have always overshot this corner and have had difficulty locating us as a result. May I just state that this is the seCond request that I received from you with regard to your sign. The first request I turned over to Mr. Walter Schoonmaker of Piping Rock Pet. and presumed that from there on it was taken care of however if the Zoning Board needs further permission neither he nor I were aware of it. Southold Bayview Corp. does give to Regina G . Victoria, Mgr. of Victoria Motel - Cottages permission to put up an arrow sign approximately IS"xSO" on' the very point of our property that forms a triangle at the fork of Ba~view Ave., smd Route 25.
