Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute an Agreement with the Robert Perry Child Day Care Center as part of the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program. 357. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds for kitchen equipment at the Human Services Center. 358. Appoint Christa Grant to the position of part-time Student Intern I in the Supervisor's Office. Appoint Brendan McGinley to the position of part-time deckhand for the Fishers Island Ferry District. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute an Amendment for Services Contract #5968 for the Cutchogue Downtown Revitalization Program. Reappoint Allie Reardon and Frank Bohlen to the Fishers Island Harbor Committee, and appoint Twig Stick_ney and Leslie Goss to the Fishers Island Harbor Committee. Designate Assistant Town Attorney Lori Hulse Montefusco as Special Assistant District Attorney. Grant permission to Town Clerk Elizabeth Neville to attend the Annual New York Association of Local Government Records Officers Conference June 1-2, 2003 in Coming. Grant permission to the North Fork Country Club to close Moore's Lane, Cutchogue, for a golf tournament July 18-19, 2003. Authorize the closure of Case's Lane, Cutchogue, for the 24th Annual Douglas Moore Memorial Concert August 9, 2003 Authorize the closure of town roads for an Independence Day parade to be held by the New Suffolk Civic Association on July 4, 2003. Authorize the closure of town roads th for the 75 Anniversary Parade to be held by the Cutchogue Fire Department on September 13, 2003. Beth Dzenkowski to attend the annual NYS Juvenile Officers Association Training Conference August 24-29, 2003 in Ithaca. Appoint Megan Mills to the position of Part-time Food Service Worker at the Human Resource Center. Appoint Joseph T. Giordano to the position of Part-time Service Worker at the Human Resource Center. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to file an application for funds from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for the Laurel Lake Preservation and Trail. Determine that A Local Law entitled "Amendment to Town Code Regarding Amendments to Zoning and Public Heating Notice Requirements" is an unlisted action and will not have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Authorize modification to the Community Preservation Fund 2003 budget for legal counsel. Waive 30-day notification period for a liquor license to Devine Country Caf6, LLC.
