STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because: This is an odd shaped lot, and the location of the existing dwelling requires this particular location of the garage, which will be parallel to the road and the dwelling, thereby contributing to the architectural proportion of both buildings. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district becouse : This is an odd shaped triangular lot. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: there are other private garages in this area that are of similar construction .
