By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception ( XI be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article ......IV............... Section ........... .Q.�...... Subsection (b.)............ paragraph ............I............... of the Zoning Ordinance, and the decision of the Building Inspector (W be reversed ( ) be confirmed because : After investigation and inspectim the Board find s that the applicant has erected a business building in a business zone several hundred feet from the Main ibad in Southold. This building fronts on Jockey Creek Drive and the side faces open land to the Main Road. The applicant wishes permission to erect his wall sign on the side wall of the building facing the Main Road as a front wall sign would not be seen at all. The size of the sign would be 4 ft. by 6 ft. with the wording, "G. W. Smith & Sons, Inc. , Builders, Real Estate. " (OVER) Z. VARTANCE'. Therefore it was RESOLVED that G. W.
