Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing locotion of lot and of buildings on premises, relotionship to odjoining premises or public streets or
oreas, and giving a detailed description of layout of propertymust be drawn on the diagrom which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building sholl be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

is requested for the reason that : We need to build a second dwelling and there
is insufficient area in our lot to meet the zoning requirements, of
12,500 Sq ft for each dwelling.

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: There is room enough for the small dwelling we
will build for our own use, although the total area of the lot is a
little over 24,000 Sq ft. The existing dwellingwiil be. used for
another member of our family.
The lot is large enough that there '0.1111 be ample" room to meet
the intent of the ordinance although it is about 1.000 sq ft short
of required area.
There is a possibility of our getting someadditional land from
the adjoining property owners when they file their subdivision map,
this will bring our lot up to or over the required area.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because : This is an odd shaped lot
3. The Vorionce would observe the spirit of the Ordinance ond WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because : This will be a one family dwelling
in a residential district, A subdivision map is being filed on land
adjoining ours and the proposed dwelling will in no way harm the
neighborhood.
