The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because there is a garage attached to this house at the present but we intend to convert it into a room and wish to build a separate garage. We cc~sider the front of the house facing the water and wish the garage in the legal front yard so that it will not obstruct our view. 3.
