WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority give in and by the
said Trust Instrument and in consideration of One and 001100 Dollars ($1.00) dollars, and other
good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, grants, conveys and releases unto the
Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 43 on a certain map entitled, "Map of the Deep
Hole Creek Estates", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 28,
1965 as Map No. 4256.

BEING the same premises described in the Deed to the Grantor herein dated June 27,
2000 and recorded on August 28, 2000 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Book 12066 of
Deeds at Page 339 wherein the grantor was set forth as John W. Weber as Trustee of the Family
Trust created under the Weber Living Trust dated August 31, 1998. ' Carol J. Girards signs this
Deed as Successor Trustee of Family Trust due to the death of John W. Weber on April 12, 2020
and pursuant to Article Three, Section 4(e) of said Trust appointing her as successor Trustee.
SUBJECT TO easements, covenants and restrictions of record, if any.

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights which the Grantor
Trustee have in and to the above-described property, by virtue of the Trust or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatsoever.
THIS Deed is subject to the trust provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
The words "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall be construed to read in the plural whenever the
sense of this Deed so requires.
