I own and live at 660 King Street. Directly next to Mr. Stille property and kitchen. My house rides the property line between our lots. I am a bit disappointed that Mr. Stille did not contact me prior to the issuing of this legal notice and that on Nov. 7th. I am being informed of the possible construction. I did see and read the posted notice on his property which went up on I believe Friday. I believe that a simple phone call to me annoucing the posting would have been more neighborly. I did speak to him after the posting and asked that he put up a tree to add some privacy. I hope that is something that will happen, as the expansion of his kitchen puts him EXTREMELY close to my kitchen. He did agree to the tree. I spoke to Chandler Olinkiewicz in regards to the possibility of having the plans sent over to me via email. I want to make sure that the distance between Mr. Stille's building and our property line is of legal distance. I also do not want the value of my house to decrease because Mr. Stille simply wants a larger kitchen. Unfortunately, I am out of town the next two days. Is this something that can be done?
