Instructions
A. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in dupltothe Building Inspec-
tor with the following; for new buildings or new use:
1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal).
3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa-
tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building.
5.Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable.
B. For' existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"
land uses:
1. Accurate survey of p~operty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2.Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings.
3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent informa-

The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Planning Board, Friday, September 9, 1.983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the site plan to be known as "Windsway of Southold Assoc-..
iates", located at Southold~ subject to certification from
the Building Inspector's Office, an on site field inspection
by the Planning Board prio~ to the issuance of a Certificate
of Occupancy and a one year review.
Three (3) copies of the above mentioned site plan have
been attached.

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that we have received revised plans showing a common
access point to both parcels, as requested in our 239K that was issued
to you on February 28, 1984.
Since the applicant has provided for the common access point to be at
the existing access point on C.R. 48 and there is no additional work
on the County right-of-way in this area, no permit will be required
from this Department.
Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact
this office.

b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets of

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
