The purpose of the hearing is to consider KCE NY 26 LLC's request for a Special Exception pursuant to Article XV, Code Section 280 -62B(5) to construct and allow for public utility structures and uses; i.e., battery energy storage system facility. A copy of the Site Plan showing the proposed improvements has been enclosed herewith,together with a copy of the Town's Laserfiche/Weblink,which allows all persons to review the pending application at:b-q://24.38.28.228:2040/weblink/Browse.aspx?dbid=0.
