All work carried out under this permit shall be performed in acco dance with established engineering practice and in a workmanlike manner. 11. If granted under Articles 24 or 25, the Department reserves the rig to reconsider this approval at any time and after due notice and hearing: continue, rescind or modify this permit in such a manner as may be found ~ be just and equitable.
