Superintendent Goodwin,
I am a resident Island View Lane and Bayshore Rd,
We have a very serious problem of rd flooding and drain backup.
The drain does not work. It needs to be replaced and constant maintenance is needed.
There is always water where the drain exists. It brings mosquitoes in warm weather and icy conditions in cold.
Neighbors would appreciate a permanent remedy and in the interim pumping out drain until such time as a
solution is found.
