TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fast part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

together are bonded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of South Drive where the same is intersected by the Southerly end of a curve
having a radius of 52.95 feet a length of 114.11 feet which said curve connects the Southerly side of Bay View Avenue with
the Westerly side of South Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the Westerly side of South Drive,South 20 degrees 32
minutes 00 seconds West 95.59 feet to the division line between Lots 12 and 18 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line and along the division line between lots 12 and 17,South 68 degrees 14
