erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New

Office on 11/1/2000 as Map No. 11458 said lot being more particularly bounded and described

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Blossom Lane distant 157.14 feet southerly from
