Box 3332 Peconic, NY 11958 Dear Dr. Damianos: Thank you for the cooperation during the fire inspection of Pindar Vineyards on July 30, 1987. The occupancy load of your establishment is 140. This figure is shown on the occupancy certificate which is to be posted in a conspicuous location in the public area of your establishment. During the inspection the following were noted and should be corrected as soon as possible. Lobby 1. The emergency exit was blocked by a lamp and a picture. Walls shall be maintained in such condition that there will be no exposed electrical wiring, insulation, etc. 3. Exit signs, emergency lighting, and proper emergency exit doors shall be provided in those areas that might be accessible to the public after dark.
