Dear Dr. Damianos:
Thank you for the cooperation during the fire inspection of
Pindar Vineyards on July 30, 1987. The occupancy load of
your establishment is 140. This figure is shown on the
occupancy certificate which is to be posted in a conspicuous
location in the public area of your establishment.
During the inspection the following were noted and should be
corrected as soon as possible.
Lobby
1. The emergency exit was blocked by a lamp and a
picture. Exits and egress pathways are to remain clear
uncluttered at all times.

building is open.
Tasting Room
1. The emergency exit was blocked by a pallet of

1. The exit to the Tasting Room is blocked by a
refrigerator and a sliding door. Both shall be removed from
the exit path or an emergency exit shall be provided at
another location in the room.
General
1. Ceilings shall be maintained in proper condition
without missing pieces of ceiling material.
2. Walls shall be maintained in such condition that
there will be no exposed electrical wiring, insulation, etc.
3. Exit signs, emergency lighting, and proper emergency
exit doors shall be provided in those areas that might be
accessible to the public after dark. The non public areas
shall be secured when the public area is in use after dark.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

building Is shipped. The value of proper site preparation cannot be over emphasized lin terms of your
