I have done a thorough analysis of the structure and confirm that the span of the framing in the 6/12 roof pitch over the garage workshop is adequate for any anticipated snow loading. The framing is all high strength timber and the Contractor, Charles DeVoe, is a careful and conscientious craftsman. Additionall~, it is a southern roof and that fact in combination with the winter winds in the area make it unlikely that any snow loading would occur.
