SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS -6- June 14, ~979 After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant is representing the 21 members of the condominium in this application for decks and patios. The decks and patios will be no larger than 14'3" by 16'13". Neither the decks or patigs will be closer than 5 feet to the road or closer than 4 feet to any adjoining unit. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of the property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
