CG:lk FORM ZB4 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS ) be denied and The Board finds and determines as follows: By this appeal, appellant seeks a variance tb erect a 5-foot chain link fence with three strands of wire on to~ (total: 6'6"H) at the west side of the premises extending northerly to the rear property line, running thence along the rear property line and thence running southerly along the east property line approximately 190 feet in length, and with gates at the front end of the main building, east and west sides. The premises in qDestion is appro- ximately 23,500 square feet in area, 97 feet along S.R. 25 and an average depth of 240 feet. The Board finds that the relief requested is! not substantial in relation to the Code requirements; that the r~lief requested is within the spirit of the zoning ordinance; thalt the variance if granted will not change the character of the neighborhood; that' no adverse effect will be produced on available governmental facilities of any increased population; that the hardship and/or practical difficulty is unique; and that the interests of justice will be served by granting the relief requested als noted below.
