Dxcavating and Grading (a) The plot as described in Survey #78-495 will be regraded ak follows; The grade level around the dwelling will be raised to approximately 4½ feet above ground water. The grade level in tile area of the sewage disposal system will be raised to approximately 6 feet above ground water. (b) Sewage disposal system shall be installed in accordance with the standards of the Suffolk Count, Department of Health Services. Masonry and Concrete Work fa) All foundation work will be poured concrete, using steel rebfforcing rods as required. Approved type masonry blocks completely bedded in mortar may be substituted. (d) Water Supply system shall be 1 inch copper supply, 3/4 inch main to kitchen, laundry and bath fixtures with 1/2 inch branches to fixtures as required. From hot water supply, 3/4 incb to above areas with 1/2 inch branches. All hot and cold water piping shall be of copper tubing. (e) Front ~d rear hose bibbs shah be provided from a 3/4 inch supply. (f) Shut-off valves shall be provided at entrance of system, at fixtures and at hose bibb brgnches. Heating fa) Heating unit provided shall be an oil fired unit with tntegrel boiler and c0ntTols of approximately 120,000 BTU capabity. This unit will supply domestic hot water and hot water for baseboard radiation of approximately 70 ltuear feet, distributed a~ ghown herein.
