(H2M) is pleased to present this proposal for professional engineering services associated with the landfill monitoring program at Cutchogue Landfill. The scope of work is as follows: • Collecting methane gas monitoring well air samples on a quarterly basis for the 15 wells identified in the RFP for up to a 4 year period. The analysis will consist of oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide and explosive gases. A quarterly summary report will be prepared for submittal by the Town to NYSDEC. I have enclosed a table of references which indicate H2M's experience in conducting projects of similar size and scope for this project. Our office has been conducting the landfill monitoring program at the Cutchogue Landfill for the Town since 2009. 1 have also enclosed a Cost Proposal Table which summarizes the total annual cost of the monitoring program to include labor, travel and report preparation.
