(H2M) is pleased to present this proposal for professional engineering services associated with the landfill monitoring program at.Cutchogue Landfill: The scope of work is as follows: • Collecting groundwater well samples on a quarterly basis for the 12 wells identified in the RFP for up to a 4 year period. These samples. will be analyzed at H2M Labs, Inc. of Melville, New York (NYSDOH Certification #10478). The parameters of the analysis will be the NYSDEC Part 360 Baseline Parameters for one quarter per year and Routine Parameters for the remaining three quarters of the year. A quarterly summary report will be prepared for submittal by the Town to NYSDEC. I have enclosed a table of references which indicate H2M's experience in conducting projects of similar size and scope for this project. Our office has been conducting the landfill monitoring program at the Cutchogue Landfill for the Town since 2005. 1 have also enclosed Cost Proposal Tables which summarize the total annual cost of the monitoring program to include labor, travel, laboratory analysis, data validation and report preparation.
